The Future is Dark (Then Bright)

This is both interesting and scary, given our current world situation.

Everything else is just noise.

New spot in town.

🍺 🍔 Voodoo Brewing, Boise

Neat little place. The beer was good, good ambiance, and the food was pretty good, especially the kids' menu, they include veggies fruits a cookie, and a juice box 🧃

The 20 minute rule

> Falling asleep should be easy and natural. > > If you find yourself in bed trying to fall asleep for more than 15-20 minutes, then it might be a better idea to get up. Do something quiet and relaxing but not stimulating, such as reading a book, tidy up your desk or listen to some relaxing music. It will help you relax, unwind and eventually feel sleepy.

Perhaps this is something I should try to keep in mind and practice.

My oldest cracks me up every time she says “toast, no crust” she doesn’t understand why but if you know, you know 😅

Technicolor dreams

I thought it was interesting.
